Hi! I have a problem with getting sent e-mail. In the "check word" comes up letters and numbers that I shall render the area under.when I press send,the field get blank and I get up: "The inserted check word is not correct!" This comes up, though I'm sure I enter the same numbers and letters as in the box above. Mvh Steinar

I have had this issue when the page needed refreshing or the browser cache needed emptying. If you have another browser you don't normally use, you could try this (if it works, clear cache in normal browser)

Have you recently upgraded your version of WebSite X5, or your version of PHP, and has this issue only occurred since then?
If so, then delete all the files of your project from your server, and reupload your entire project afresh.
Clear your browser cache and cookies before testing.

Hey! No I have not had e-mail on my webside earlier. I added it after I bought version 10 I do not think it wise to change to eg. Google, as the most that I will reach the home still using IE, I'll try to delete all the files and put it all in again, but I do not think it will help. Is it absolutely necessary to use the field "check word". I have the same problem when I try to send guestbook entries.

You mean captcha?
Before X5 start delete the local folder Preview and Upload.
Delete the folder captcha on the server.

PHP scripts can be executed not in the preview.
