Email contact link changes

I am constructing six websites for my daughter, and an emaiol contact link in the header keeps changing. The first website link was contact@hampshire....... and subsequent sites had a similar format, ie contact@sussex.........
When I have altered one of the other sites (not hampshire) then after editing, and I then export the project, followed by export to disk. When I then preview any of the other sites, I find that on every html page, the contact@..... has been reset to contact @hampshire.......
So far, I have editted all the files in the folder, to correct this error, but as you can see, with 6 sites and weekly updates, it is almost a full time job to edit the errors out.
Can this be looked into?

Are these six websites separated projects or are you duplicating the main project to get the other projects everytime?
If they are separated projects, when you modify one it cannot influence another.

I think I have found an answer; The header was common to all 6 projects, and I then edited each header to suit the individual project, but only in the mani program. I downloaded and read the latest manual, and found that I can edit the header to suit a project, and then export it to the projects directory. When I now start a project, it loads it's particular header.
Job done!
