Shopping Basket Forwarding Incorrect Values To Paypal

I recently upgraded to Website X5 version 9 from version 8. Since doing so, I have discovered that at the Paypal checkout, X5 seems to be rounding the amount due up or down to the nearest £UK pound rather than charging customers the correct amount.
eg, if you visit my online shop at: http://www.vagavalley.co.uk/bunnysupplies/offers.html
and order any item, when you reach the checkout, the shopping basket shows the correct amount but at the stage where the payment due is forwarded to Paypal, it changes; eg £18.49 changes to £18.00 and £18.75 changes to £19.
Please could you advise how to overcome this.

Dear K W,
you will receive an order called ''test'' (order number 111122-TI77). I tried to place an order to test your cart and the final price was correct 3.99 + 4.95 = 8.94€. The final price did not change. When I whent into Paypal it became 9.00€ just as you pointed out. I suggest you contact paypal and ask them details on your account beacuse the program gives you the correct amount, the error appears when you enter paypal.

Samantha M: PayPal insists the problem is with Website X5 and I tend to agree because I can see from this forum that I am not the only user with this problem.
Jiper 85: I followed the above link, thank you, and this seems to solve the problem but I wasn't sure how to edit the HTML coding to make it British rather than American, ie 'County' instead of 'State', 'Post Code' instead of 'Zip Code', include the Customer's Notes entered at the checkout etc.
At the moment, I'm having to refund the over-charges which isn't giving a very professional image to my shop - but nor would the Americanisms of the code given at the above link posted.
Which version did Celop M upgrade to? I've just checked for program updates but the program states it is up to date.....??
Thank you for telling me and I'm glad the issue is now solved. I wish to inform you that you can change the text like ''state'' and ''Zip code'' in step 1 - general settings - Content language.
