1. Can someone please offer some examples for the use of "!important" in css style code?
2. In case there are other similar nice features like "!important" functionality, is there a link or reference text that we can educate ourselves on them? I asked this because the websitex5 10 manual does not have anything on "!important".

The use of this function depends on the css code used or present in the program in case you want that for one case it acts differently from the defualt settings used.
To learn more about this css code the best source is to visit the W3C website, since they are developing this coding standard on http://www.w3schools.com/css/
In the program, in the most cases it is not needed to use !important. You probably will use it only in cases where you want to use custom HTML code.
