Hello Mike,

Your website currently appears to have links to two different guestbook pages.

The first one (the large link in blue towards the bottom of your home page) results in a 404 Page Not Found error:

http://www.valuespreadsheetfixer.co.uk/gbook/gbook.php

The second one (accessible from the menu on the left hand side) goes to the following page:

http://www.valuespreadsheetfixer.co.uk/the-spreadsheet-fixer-guest-book.php

I suspect that the first link pointed to your original WebSite X5 guestbook, now disused and redundant for whatever reason?

The guestbook found at the second link does indeed look as if it might have originated from smartgb.com...  the formatting looks similar to the demo guestbooks they have on their website.

If that is indeed the case then you would be best advised to look to smartgb.com for support with their own product.  I see they have a large FAQ section, here:

http://smartgb.com/faq.php

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,

Paul

Hi Paul

This does not slove my problem but it does show that I had not defined the issue tightly enough to my web hosts.

The forms I am interested in are the ones wehich appear if one clicks the accordian menu free downloads. The accordian opens to show simply measure2 and date generators. both these pages are forms designed to let me know when a visitor downloads a free trial. But I do not get the forms. Even though downloads do show on awstats for the relevant exefiles.

This cannot happen because the exe file downoad pages do not appear on the menu and are only available as the "return to page" of the form object.

This idea was suggested by one of your colleagues on a previous post.
