Template Editor not working?

For some time I have been working on a fresh new site, and have chosen a template (Web Portal 45) and changed the color of it from blue to rose. Now I would like to change the color again but now I don't seem to be able to change the colors of the templates! Even starting over again with #45 in Edit, only the parts without a background .jpg can be changed. Can I change the colors of the template? How? Thanks!! (I have 10.1.0.38)

Do you refer to the option to change the color like in attachment with the template hue available in Step 1 Template Selection by clicking the color palette icon?

Okay, thanks for that!! I missed seeing the palette icon there, I was trying to change the colors from the Custom Template Editor.
