Textfield not visable in the showbox

Hello i use Website X5 V 10 it´s a very good product. One error or misstake i don´t understand. If i write a text under e-commerce area, "Produkteinstellungen / Allgemein/ Beschreibung the text would not display under the image (in the show box). But if i look in the search function on the same entry the text is visable. Can you help me. Thanks a lot.

Hello Helmig,
This text added is visible in the product description and the showbox shows only the image.
It appears in the search function because this text is used for the product and so it is searchable and then displayed when visited the page containing the product.

thank you for your quick response. We use the 4th version of your product it´s realy good, we like it, but in one of the older version it works like i wrote to you. Could you check if it´s planned to activate it again, because we use it extremly.

Unfortunately I cannot tell you if and when it will be added but I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
