I am seriously annoyed that Incomedia has released a new "Professional" version 10 and is expecting current customers to pay out yet again for what would normally be described as an update so soon after they have paid for the upgrade to version 10!

Shame! Shame! Shame!

This is just pure money grabbing!

Stop talking about rates for "loyal customers"

I suspect that your sales have dropped and you are attempting to hook in as much cash as you can to compensate!
