I obtained a free copy of Website X5 Smart 8 (special edition) with a magazine dvd last April. I "think" I installed and registered it at that time. It does not show up here under "my license", though.
After newly setting up my computer I want to reinstall the software now. During the setup process I am asked to obtain a (free) key online, but when I click the link provided for that I am directed to a webpage that does not exist. Can I still get the key somehow?

. . there are some new magazines which included a new Smart 9 - the older versions cant be installed/registrated anymore (i think) . . .

Have you the product code of WebSite X5 Smart 8? You can install this software from this link:
http://www.websitex5.com/download/v8/wsx5_sm_en.exe
and you execute the installation inserting the product code. You should receveid an unlock code.

Thanks for both hints. I obtained a copy of a magazine with the newer version and have this one running now.
