Hello,
Small note. In settings of blog article last field called Title. Correct name of this field is Meta-Description or Description.

The title in the blog settings is used in the source code for the <title> tag an not for the meta description.

May be you don't understand my question. Please look for screenshots where I marked this field and marked same content in page code.
May be problem in translation only but current name of form field on russian is "Заголовок" - it is "Title" on english but in code you can see that this context located inside Description meta-tag.

Thank you very much for the images. In english it is caption this field. I tested it and it fills only the description of the article if you don't add a general description for the blog. If you also entered a general description for the blog then this text will be used for the whole blog.

Hello Claudio,
Your russian translater must change the name "Заголовок" to "Meta-Description" or to "Описание". Error is in translation. Current translation "Заголовок" means "Title" :)
