In last version xx.xx.xx.42 has problem. Not working "NEXT" button in Invoice Address. Not possible to buy products.

The problem is in Country selector. No Countries inside and when I erase it, now is ok.

I have the same problem i cant select a country the only option is to make the country invissible to work. But I need that becuz i send goods to different countries. i also deleted the language.xml in the appdata folder and deleted my whole website and uploaded anew and also restarted webx5 10 pro but no luck

To show the list of the countries you need to follow these steps:

In case you have changed the content language in Step 1, first of all you need to export the language with the modified content.

Once this has been done, please close the program then delete the languages.xml file available in:


PRO C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - Professional\Libraries
EVO C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution\Libraries

After you have deleted the file and started the program, the countries list will appear again and in case you exported the languages file containing the modified content, you can import it again in the program.

I will wait of next update. I deleted the field with cities and put there empty field for the countries. It's bether for me and for customers too I thing.

When I deleted this field, problem is solved. Now "NEXT" button is active.

I have the same issue. But I didn't change the content language now, I just imported it from a previus change in October. And I can't see the countries.

So I exported, closed the program, deleted the language file, opened the program, and the language file was already there (didn't need to import it). Then I exported the website, and the no countries was shown.
