I lost my laptop and am trying to use my license but I couldn't how can i get back my projects and active my license on my new laptop?

I hope you have a backup of your projects, else you need to restart them from scratch. You can off cource use the internet data to copy parts to your projects.
To install x5 again, click your picture. Below on the right you will find your download and licence. Use same e-mail as you bought it and you will be on your way.
