403 Forbidden, indexing on search engines

Hello! My site sfarzo.name couldn't be indexed on yandex.ru
All attempts to make it were unsuccessful. As a result I decided to delete all files of a site from a hosting and to load it again. As a result all browsers give out: "403 Forbidden"
Prompt how to recover operation of a site and to achieve an indexing on the Russian search engines, please?

Error 403 is a hosting error and it would be better to contact your hosting provider to ask why you get this error. Probably when you deleted all content you deleted also a folder or a file necessary for the hostign to work correctly.

The site didn't open because I renamed the file of the home page. After name index.php restoration everything began to work.
But there is unsolved a problem with a site indexing in search engines.
Help to solve this problem, please.

The sitemap on http://sfarzo.name/sitemap.xml seems to be correct. I would only suggest to change the page names as example http://sfarzo.name/sfarzo shirts.php where you have the blank space between sfarzo shirts which could cause issues by removing the space or adding _ instead of the blank space and then upload the project again and submit it.
If it doesn't work let me know the exact error message you get.
