Custom button doesnt work

Hello all,
i can't get the custom button to work. I've made my own button and added it in step 4 / main menu / menu items.
The preview doesn't show my button, nor another predefined button of WebsiteX5. i've added a screenshot but my Website X5 is in dutch. The shot is taken in step 4, main menu. I tried to put the background color in white and transparent. That works, but no custom button appears.

remember to set your background color transparent.
go to main menu style>general
the in style section make sure the size of width is not smaller than your background button.

Thank you for you quick reaction. But that doesn't work. I tried all combinations not even the build-in buttons will apear.

Please try to start the program as Adminstrator with the right click and then check if the build-in buttons appears.
If this should not help, uninstall the program and then download the installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile under "Downloads" and install it as administator.
Please keep me updated.
