Picture sizing in picture cell

I want to shrink a picture in a graphics cell (row split with a text cell only a couple lines of text so the picture size appears way too big). I attempt to find a way to set row height but fail. so I guess the secondary question is how to hard set row height (I only have two rows on this page, each with sparse text.

create more rows! thats all.

I tried that but it seems to just expand the page length rather than shrink the rows in the visible space.

I am experiencing a similar problem with Flash cells along Text cells. It seems the row width is about twice as high as the content requires and I can't seem to adjust it even with extra rows above and below.
height has a defult setting and it goes with what ever object you put there, you can set your image size by click on edit then use crop tool!
remember to creat more rows and colums, smaller the colums=smaller picture, since webx5 tries to keep the ratio of your picture by defult, see the picture, make it like this
