FTP Erasing Problem

Hello.I am new user at website x5 evo10. Yesterday I publish my website by using x5 evo10. Today I made few changes at my website and trying to "erase" the website and re-upload the new website BUT I cannot erase the website from the ftp. I am choosing the all files that I load yesterday. BUT erasing starts and at somepoint ist says "operation not permitted 550". Please tell me how can I erase the all information from th FTP and load my new website?

you can easily log in to you host and delete them over there. unless your host only allow you to use ftp account and not http.
in that case use a program like Filezilla. its a free to all program.

Hello Baris,
Probably you are trying to delete also folders or files necessary for the hosting where the permissions are set to not allow you to delete them.
If you can delete them and these are not folders or files created by the program do not delete them or contact the hosting provider to ask if these can be deleted.
