I need help when Upload my project to server this message appear.

you should not upload anything on wwroot, your path should be point to anything after "public_html"
once you upload your files in "public_html" path, your webhost will show a copy of that files inside www folder.
go to your host and see what is the path your ftp account try to connect, usualy should be /home/public_html/ if you are trying to upload your site to subdomain, change the path of your ftp account to point to your subdomain folder.
