that is a custom menu, you need to disable/hide the original menu inside x5 and create your own menu or add you new menu script.

or use a trick you can add icons to your current menu but make the height of you menu twice the size and make the width of your menu small, when it can not fit to the space, it will jump to the second row below (I never tried this, but I am sure its doable) you just need to play around with the size.

You need to add the graphics in the header and then to every image you add the link to the correct page with the link function.
