Connection Error: - [FTP_CreateDirectory]

Dear, I am a beginner in website creation. I have just made my first website with WebSite X5 Evolution 10 but have problems with FTP server upload. I can access it entering the FTP address, username and passwor, but no folder is shown. When I try to create a new folder, an error occurs: Connection Error: The operation cannot be completed. [FTP_CreateDirectory]. The screenshot is attached (I have a version of WebSite X5 in Russian).
Did anyone have the problem? What would you recommend me to do?

log in to your host cpannel, and check the path of your ftp account,if you path points to your public_html, you will see all the folders.
when you craete ftp address, for example ***, the ftp address automaticlly create a new folder inside your server and will name it "new", so when you log in you will see nothing!
at the same time if you put a folder name inside your x5 program, and the folder is not already exist inside your folder, you will see that error.
go to your webhost, create the folder you want (if you want to upload in subfolder), then go your ftp accounts, change the path of your ftp to public_html or the folder that you already created inside the server, save it.
go back your webx5 program, remove the folder name (leave it blank) and try to connect to your server again.
