There was a huge change from Version 8 to version 9, but you could import a Version 8 file into Version 9 and it would update it. However, you can't do this in Version 10...although you can open a Version 9 file in Version 10.

So, there are two options open to you. Firstly, you can ask Incomedia to do the conversion for you - they are usually very helpful about this. Secondly, one of the Forum members might be able to do the conversion for you (into Version 9) and then send you the file.

It's not straight forward....some features in Version 8 are not carried over in newer versions, so you will end up doing a lot of editing of your site as it may look quite different. When I did it, I ended up completely redoing the look of the site as the Version 8 template I had was not present in Version 9. I ended up with a much better site at the end of it though!

Hopefully you can get it sorted. If nobody else responds, I may be able to do it for you if I can find which computer has my version 9 on it!

in version 8 to 9, if you used table object, they will not be converted to v9, that was my personal experience, so I had to create the table objects from scratch, other than that everything was converted just fine, but ofc after convert, you better check the template setting and make it more fit, since in each version you have more control on overall of your template.

make sure your page name and titles are in english (or lets say no special char)
