Re-activate X5 V9

Im trying to reinstall my Evo V9, I have my activate keys, but when I insert my 13 digit password this only accept me 12 digit and 1 sound when I try to insert the 13 digit.
What I have to do if my pass is 13 digit

Check your profile for latest download version under download and install that one.
Check your licence nr in your profile under my licences.
see top right button profile.
If you have used these two with the correct email you bought X5 it should work.
if not set this post to private and wait for Incomedia to respond so they can check your licence information.
