I can't receive e-mails (mailToOwner) sent from my website's e-mail form,
but customer (mailToCustomer) receives e-mail.

this is ussaly php script that are not compatible with the one your provider uses.
Downgrade your email script in step 4 advanced settings, data management, see down left option.
Upload website again, goto website, press ctrl-F5, then test to see if it works, if not change script again to other option and repeat above steps.
