Hello Richard,
Can you please check if the browser on the iPhone is set on private mode?
Try to deactivate the private mode on the browser and then please try again to see if then it works.
Many thanks!

Hello,
Yes, if you deactivate private mode in browser on the iphone - it works!
Also we tried to clear cache memory - this doesn't work.
I wanna ask you if you can provide me more information about this issue.
Could please explain why this is happening ? ( is it some kind of bug ? HTML5 vs iphone safari browser ? others eshops doesn't have this issue)
Is there any chance to solve this problem ? ( i mean from your side - release some kind of patch ? )
I think it is kind of handicap, because i need to put on my webpages instruction for users with iphone to always deactivate private network. This might cause the customer will say - i won't do it, i have iphone and i can't see reason, why i should do it.
I know the problem is not on your side, but it would be great if this issue could be solved without deactivating private network on iphone. ( it will bother the customers with iphone
Many thx for your answers
Richard
Hwllo Richard,
This happens because the browser in private mode is not allowing to save the order in the cache. This happens on Safari mobile and in most cases the private mode option is always active.
Our developers are working on it and if you want you can test it on the beta channel by subscribing on http://beta.websitex5.com/ and then downloading the new update which appears in the program. If you decide to test it please make a copy of the project your are working on and then open the new copy to test if then also in private mode on safari the orders can be sent.
Please keep me updated.
