Incorrect destination folder

when i proceed to upload/export the site to my domain/subdomain i get an error box please see attached screen shot it better explains my situation. plelase note i am very new to this. so please be gentle.

Hi, try to leave blanch the box of destination folder, or if it is a subdomain just write similar route: (example) /your subdomain.

yea G you hit it on the nose. and I apologize. I was entering the wrong subdomain. Unfortunately I'm still rather new to all this. Once again thank you.
