Try, in step 4, datamanagement on the left below to use a lower mail script.

Upload your site again. goto the form. press ctrl F5, then test again and see if it works.

If not try the other scrip and repeat the above steps.

Tried all three server scripts in step 4,but attachment is still not coming.I tried same form using another software mail comes with attachment.Therefore clearly the problem is in coding of X5 not with script on server.

Did you use same attachement (use a small file for testing, a small picture for example) ans same website / host server ?

Did you check your spam filter or firewall, also at your host?

I tried all three scripts in step 4 data management, still I am not able to recieve the attachment in mail.

I have also asked my hosting provider(Go Daddy) they allow attachments to be sent and without any limitations.further they do not have any firewall or antivirus restricting eamil attachments.

Further I tried a Web-form builder software and created the same WEB Form with its help and it works fine on same server and I am receiving attachment( itried same as well as different attachments all were reaching fine).(page extension was .php for form created by web form builder, whereas it was .html for form created by website X5)

This means the problem is with forms created by X5.

kindly help me in resolving the problem.

Set the page in x5 also to php and try again.

Also there is a test under yourwebsite/admin panel Try to see if this helps out.

Setting to php is done in the site map use properties button on the right and goto expert tab.

Try to set in the email form some extensions which then are allowed to be sent and then test the email form again to see if then it works.
