Error 302 - Licença associad a outro e-mail

Ao tentar instalar a versão Pro do sofware recebo a mensagem de err 302 indicando que a licença está associada a outro e-mail, porém estou certo que o e-mail que utilizei é o correto, victo que as cobranças da Paypal e o e-mail de confirmação da Incomedia vieram corretamente para este e-mail.
Ao tentar associar a licença pelo site, recebo o mesmo erro. ATTENTION: The Licence Key entered is associated to another e-mail address.
Comprei a licença Pro neste final de semana, em uma promoção de 3 dias.
O que acontece.
