No, There is no difference in pro and evo regarding site format.

(and there is no update, pro version is a different version)

X5 automaticly makes it viewable on any device. There are also special templates for handhelds in both versions.

And on x5tuts.com you can find some scripts that can be integrated in evo and in the pro version to make it better viewable on different screens.

So for this question alone it's not neccessary to buy Pro.

If you want to change templates on a project, I recommend copying the project and then changing to a mobile template.I've had problems changing templates and then changing back again. You may want to treat the mobile project as a use-once-and-throw-away to avoid maintaining multiple sources.

It's necessary, of course, to upload both projects to different folders and inform mobile users who land on your non-mobile page to click a button for the mobile page. Device transcoding would eliminate the need for this.

We have templates on x5tuts that come with web and mobile versions, the web version comes with the mobile redirection script built into it.

you can view all the demos on www.x5tuts.com/store.html all templates can be viewed on desktop and mobile (you must view demos on mobile device to see mobile version)
