I have had installation problems before, therefore I'll rather ask this before I start doing anything:
I want to install WebsiteX5 on a new computer. I have already been running it on a desktop and a laptop. The laptop, on which I have the programme, is going to be reformatted and then used by someone else, so is there any kind of 'deactivation' that needs to be completed before I can install on the new laptop? Or any other steps that I have to take to ensure that I 1. don't get in trouble with my license, and 2. that I won't run into installation/activation problems.

You simply have to delete your program from the computer that you are not going to use anymore. After this has been done, you can download your program from the ''download'' section here on answers and repeat the same procedure you followed the first time: add your licence key and register with the same email address you used the first time.
I wish to inform you that you can use and install your version 11 on the same computer and use it with your previous versions if you need it to convert your projects.
