Activation Error on Evo 10

I am trying to reinstall Evo 10 to export projects.
I am receiving activation error 404.
Is this a problem with the activation server?

Hello Craig,
Please try to temporarily disable anti-virus, firewall, and anti-spyware whilst attempting to reactivate Evolution 10.
If the error message persists, it is possible to unlock the program manually (please see: http://answers.websitex5.com/post/25631 for details of how to do this)
