Activation request on each program start

I have upgraded to WebSite X5 Professional 11.
At each programm start, i get the request to activate the product. Activation ends with now errors. But next programm start same procedure.
What i have tried up to now: Again deinstalled and new installed, no success.
Use win 8.1 64bit.

Please read the entire thread through carefully, paying particular attention to administrative rights.
The thread references the Evolution version, but applies equally to the Professional version... just substitute Professional for Evolution as necessary in the file paths.
