Problem with SAGEPAY, adding it to my we site

In all the adverts and such, website x5 allows integration to SAGEPAY of which I have an account but when I go to payment type list there is no option for SAGEPAY, can anyone tell me how to integrate sagepay into the web site, some people dont like PAYPAL and I think my sales are struggling as some people just dont like SAGEPAY, I have an encryption password, but no where in the site builder does it actually help you in doning this, in all help and search, nothing at all comes up with the word sagepay
on the webx5 website it lists

Further to the information provided by Pcssa, please note that SagePay is integrated in version 11 Professional, and can be accessed as follows:
Step 4 Advanced Settings > Shopping Cart > Order Management > Add Payment Type
Please see the screenshot attached...
The Professional version is required. The Evolution version only supports PayPal and credit cards. See the comparison chart here:

I have now upgraded to proffesional 11, so I have access to SAGEPAY, but when completing access it says STATE and PROVINCE must be entered, but im in the UK, it wont let me proceed without leaving them in, so when I tried to complete an order it says fault due to country, what can I do to get round this

To use sagepay in the shopping cart in step 4 it is necessary in the customers details it is necessary to activate the country field. Try to activate it and then try to test the sagepay payment again.

I have opened a new post, but it still makes no difference if you use sagepay, you have to have state and province, which then does not let it work, but as I said I have created a new post on this
I have activated country, still state and province need to be mandatory, so when I placed an order it still faulted please please help this is so URGENT
