SagePay error 5080

I have upgraded to Web X5 Professional Version 16, as it has the Sagepay integration included. I have added the option for Sagepay to my website and added in my vendor Id and Encrytion Key. When i try to process the payment through, i get an error code 5080:Form transaction registration failed, returned from Sage. Sage have tested both my vendor and encrytion details and both work.
It appears that we are not even getting from our website to sage, even with the pre coded buttons??
Is it possible for you to send any logs with regards to this?

Unfortunately, we do no have access to any kind of error log from this kind of service. The errors returned from this kind of implementation are usually well explained in the services documentation, and can most easily be found by contacting the support of said service directly.
This being said, it would be most helpful if you could contact them directly reporting this issue, so that they might inform you of what that actually means, so that we might investigate if that can be related to the software's code or not
