sometimes windows doing crazy thing like that. it might recognize the program but not changing the icon, after you set the program az default for your project file, click on it to see is it openning it or not. if it was openning it but not changing the icon of it, just change the icon manualy.

Como eu disse, eu já tentei de todas as formas fazer com que o Windows reconheça o programa e ele não o faz. 

Quando eu tento através da "escolha de programa padrão" do Windows, o Website X não aparece na lista, mesmo escolhendo-o manualmente, ele não abre o arquivo .iwzip.

Anthony, like ai said i already did it, i do point to the Website X5 .exe, but the windows doesn't put the .exe on the list.

No matter is showing it on the list or not, when you click on .iwzip, it should open it with the version that you chose. not all the programs get listed over there. as long as window knows to open .iwzip files with x5v11pro, that would be enough.

the point of default program is not about the list, its about when you click on the project file should open the project (.iwzip) with x5 v11 pro (or any version that you made as default).

you have 2 different versions of 11 (evo and pro) and you need to make one as default!

I have no longer the evo version installed, the website .exe doesn't appear on the list of programs whaen i try to choose one to make it default for iwzip files, so i can't make is the default one. 

Like i already said, i tried all the ways to make windows recognize the file, and i'm kinda experienced wit windows.

Try to reinstall the program again otherwise it will not be listened as option to open the IWZIP files.

As alternative you open the program and from there you search the iwzip file and you import it since once imported it will no longer be necessary to use the iwzip file since you do all from the program.
