Email form problem in Evo11

Hello
On a new website I have been launching, the email form does not work at all. I have several other websites on the same server/host where the email form in Evolution works fine, but not on the new page.
The error message that appears is:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /imemail/imEmailForm.php on this server.
I have changed the file permissions to 777 on the server.

Any tip / help will be highly appreciated.

. . . you are shure that PHP 5.* ist installed and activated on your server ?
V11 wont work correctly with older PHP. On the other hand some servers dont allow 777 - just try with 755.

After some investigation, it was solved.
The error was not in the website software, but on ther server and was related to redirection issue and missing www in the redirection link.
