Help please: im login php page not created i Evo11
Autore: Rune T.On several websites I have created with Ev11 the member login creates a file that is calles imlogin.php and this file is visible on the server in the filesystem.
However.. on the last website I launched recently the imlogin.php page is not created and is not seen on the server, even though I have used the exact same method as before.
I create a page and added HTML code. In "Access management" I have created a user and admin, just as I have always done - and the entrance page is the right one.
When trying to log in after the pages are uploaded to the server and the site is online, I get this error message:
Not Found
The requested URL /imlogin.php was not found on this server.
What is wrong?
Any tip and ideas will help. The PHP version on the server is 5.3
Here is the URL where the log in info is:
http://middagsammen.no/logg-inn.html
Thanks in advance
Rune
. . . just change to http://middagsammen.no/logg-inn.php (in x5 mark as php-page)
Login and contact mail use php on server.

Thanks for the tip, but that did not help.
The error message that is telling me imlogin.phpis not found is not found on this server, still comes up when trying to log in.
Username: admin Password: 1234 (for checking)
On the other pages I have made, it seems like imlogin.php is created automatically when a Log In page is made on Ev11.
Attached is a screenshot of the files that are uploaded. As shown, there are no imlogin.php file there... and I wonder why.
Rune
. . . so possibly php is not working correct on your server - did you check or contact your provider ?

I have many other websites running perfectly with members area log in, so that cant possibly the answer...? Seems like Ev11 do not create the rigth file.
On the other websites I can see the imlogin.php file, but not on this new one.
I am hoping for a solution on this and hope Incomedia may get things cleared up.
Rune
. . . the other websites are running on the same server ? So please post a link to check for differences which cause the problem . . .
Autore
Perhaps I use the wrong words... with "the same server" I mean all sites I have put out is under the domain fknorge.no
fknorge.no/website1 = works perfect
fknorge.no/website2 = works perfect
fknorge.no/middagsammen = does not work ref. to the problem described above.
The "members area" does not function, cause the file imlogin.php are not being uploaded to the server.
I dont know how to do as you advice here.
. . . all are real domains or SUBdomains ? because i only can reach one of them which is having the problems . . .
Normally members areas are situated in the root of the domain - so you can get problems when using SUBdomains . . .

It would have helped much if only the imlogin.php file was created and uploaded to the server... as it has done on alle the other pages... but that does not happen, and that is why it is not working.
Question is: Whys does Ev11 not create that file?
. . . when PHP 5.* is missing or some other incorrect folders.
For the other (SUB)domains/HPs the member areas have been working ? - you didnt post the URLs for checking . . .
. . . how do you access to the members area on the homepage
http://middagsammen.no
i cant find any login page to access in menu or elsewhere ?
Autore
I took it away (greyed it out) since it is not working... but it is still on the page
www.middagsammen.no/logg-inn.php
Username: admin PW: 1234
I have checked with webhotel host, and confirmed that I have PHP 5.3
Working:
http://www.fknorge.no/skiensgrane/foreldreside.html
Made with Ev11
Working:
http://nei.fknorge.no/logg-inn.html
Made with Ev10
. . . both other websites have access links in the menu - the problem-site has not . . .
Autore
I have tried with access link in the menu too... does not make any difference. I can make the link visible again, will do it now in two minutes.
But it seems like the problem is that the imlogin.php file never appears on the server... why does it not? It functions well on all other sites, only not for this...
Autore
Now the access link is visible in menu under "For verter" and "Logg inn"
I took a screenshot of the files list before it was uploaded to server, and as you can see on the attached file there are no imlogin.php file there either.
. . . i dont know what you are exactly doing - but something is going wrong.
If i protect a page and then go to manage protected areas to set pw and usergroup the protected page automatically changes to *.php - i never got a "login page" neither in *.html nor in *.php . . .
Hello Rune,
I see the imlogin page on your website under http://middagsammen.no/imlogin.php and the login works through it.
Many thanks!
