Feed Ready Problems  en

It's been 2 days, you have a poor support system, and this is another attempt for help regarding the feed ready system. 

I have installed the RSS feeds, Installed the link on my header photo, and read all of the material available. 

What I can't do is get the link to work on the home page, I have to go to the next page before it's active.

I can select within the mobile app link to either download feed ready for apple or android and the app installs fine.  However, it doesn't provide the correct link to the feed.

Or, I can select the update the feed option and that works great if I already have the feed ready app installed.  However, I can't expect my customer base to have it installed or skip the link on the home page to see if the link works on the rest of the pages. 

I upgraded only for this glitchy app and no one has answered my questions, can't find an 800 number as i live in the USA and a call to Italy would cost me even more money.  C'mon...I feel hung out to dry.
