Sub dividing a folder

Hi Guys
I have a folder with over a hundred products for sale. I am trying to divide the folder into sub categories to make it more managable. I want it to come up as 4 different sub divided categories when people click on the main tab in the menu.

I did not precisely understand what you're trying to do.
Apart from the default option inside the program, which allows you to divide products into subcategories, are you trying to divide them by pages too?
You can achieve that by rendering only some products per each page. And if you wanna create different pages per each, you could put images or links on one page redirecting to each category page.
