X5 Pro Not Responding

OS: Windows 10 ProX5 version 11 Pro
EVERY time I click "Edit an existing Project" X5 says "(Not Responding)" and the only way I can close X5 is by using Task Manager.

It works for me in win10 without problems.
Have you installed latest version from download section and installed that one ?

Yes I have to most current X5 and .net framework. The issue just started a day or so ago.

You said you already reinstalled every .NET Framework you need?
I kindly ask you to try and reinstall Visual C++ Redist 2013 x86/32bit and try to launch your software in Admin mode with you AntiVirus turned off.
