I think it is indefensable that just a couple of days after sending me an email to upgrade to "latest" edition 11 that I then get another asking me to upgrade to version 12.
I think this is the most detestable sales trick I have ever encountered and you should be thoroughly ashamed of purporting such churlish trickery.
Needless to say your company will be removed from my computer.

Terence,
Just hold on, and let Incomedia chack this, if so as you tell, they will respond with a offer. I can't say what or how. This depends on dates and messages.
I have set this post for Incomedia to respond, just wait and see, normally thet will help you out on a professional and correct way.
Hi Terence.
I saw you purchased the product from Ashampoo.
Unfortunately, we're not responsible for the time and marketing our partners provide, and of course it most probably happened since Ashampoo is not yet able to sell v12 licences.
Anyhow, I remind you that you can always request to Ashampoo a refund of the product.
This was, after getting the full refund, you may choose to buy the latest version from us or one of our partners.
Hope I've been helpful
