From what source are you copying the pasted text?

If you paste the text first into Notepad (in Windows), and then copy again from there and paste into the Text Object in WebSite X5, does it then work?

Hi Paul,

I tried it from word and wordpad and notpad but none of the 3 work.  When I double click on the icon T, the text editor (object) opens but it is imediatly greyed out. I can only use the last four icons html-code, roll over objects...

The thing I can do is put a picture and that works.

You see the picture "under contstruction" but text don't work.

We had a very similar copy/paste issue about a month ago here on the forum.  I have tried to find the thread but unfortunately been unable to do so.

I think it was related to a .NET or Visual C++ problem, but I can't be sure.

We will ask Incomedia for advice and assistance on your behalf.  You can normally expect a reply from them within about 24-48 hours.

In the meantime your patience is appreciated.  I realise this must be extremely frustrating for you.  We will get it sorted out, don't worry.

I would need to ask you to try and reinstall the .NET Framework dependencies.
