Why does Incomedia not run a proper beta testing program?

So with the latest update release a fundemantal flaw (slideshow gallery - image size) in the program has not been rectified!
Why do we have to be subjected to all this unnecessary stress when your users could properly beta test the software to the point all flaws are eliminated prior to Incomedia releasing a fully functional official version.
Surely this would be in the best interest of Incomedia and its support team and it would not be at the expense of their customers time and patience.
Come on Incomedia, let's look at implementing a proper beta program in the future, as it stands this is a joke!

Hi, PJD
I could not agree with you more. Incomedia's beta testing is hopeless

Quite a number of "issues" that were highlighted at the time or beta testing sadly remain issues to this day. I for one was pleased Incomedia released when they did because I needed responsive sites, even if some of the features were flawed. However, it is a pity that the issues are taking so long to resolve and that nowhere is there a definitive list of know issues meaning that everyone who discovers a bug thinks they are alone.
I look forward to 12.0.4.??
Hi PJ.
The problem with the Slideshow Gallery as been solved by the developers, but couldn't make it into this update for testing reasons.
I need to ask you to wait for the following updates in order to recieve the definitive fix, and I remind you that you may always sign you account up for recieveing beta update in order to try fixes before they're released.
@Esahc.
Most issue that weren't solved were and are caused by external factors, which is why those couldn't be fixed by us.
If you have any specific leftover bug from the beta test, please notify me in a new topic.
Thank you and have a nice day
The problem with the slideshow gallery was not a problem until the update. The question was why dont you test things properly before releasing updates. Why!
