Please try and proceed this way.
Install the program as administrator, and launch it the same way.
Verify if after this, you still get the registration after launching everytime as admin
Let me know
Sometimesthis errorhappensafter a system upgradeor reinstallover the old one, no write permissionin the folderlicenses.checkwrite permissions for thelicense folder
