Oh and i have reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++
Hi Robert.
When does this error seem to appear?
Always when performing the same action or several? Did it start showing suddenly, or after maybe a specific update?
Let me know with the most info you can provide.
Autore
It appears randomly! But it seems to be whenever i click on preview or when im copying sa cell and pasting it to a new page!
it started 3 months ago and ive just been putting up with it but it now seems to happen every 10 min or so!
Hi Robert.
This is most definitely either a dependency issue or a permission issue.
Try installing again and launching the software both as administrator. Reinstalling will keep your projects
Also, which version of Windows are you currently running?
Try and disable the antivirus just for test after reinstalling too.
Let me know
Autore
im reinstalling now I will let you know how it goes!!
Windows 10 64bit
Autore
Much better since reinstalling only if i run it in Admin
I will turn off antiV and try today

Today its back to shutting down every 10 min
Hi Robert.
If you think you already reinstalled the .NET Framework correctly, please try and install all of these pieces of software in versione x86/32bit, no matter if your Windows is x64:
2010 - https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=5555
2012 - https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=30679
2013 - https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=40784
2015 - https://www.microsoft.com/it-it/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Restart your pc and let me know

see attachment!
Hi Robert.
If it won't let you install that specific version, just move on to the others.
After that, restart you pc and report back to me
Autore
Done that and still doing the same!
Robert
I assume you reinstalled Website X5 and not Windows 10, if so my comments in this post may assist you (if you haven't already, run sfc /scannow from the cmd prompt before following any other suggestions).

Assuming this PC has been turned off and on again since the issue re-appeared.
Did you run chkdsk c: /r the first time?
If you did (and your PC behaved better for 3 days), run it again. If it performs reliably for a while maybe you have failing hard disk.
I had a recent issue that was repaired by running windows defrag (it was turned on and set to auto, but had not run since feb 2014 because I turn my PC off overnight).
- and don't forget to kill all the files in the temp directory (try ccleaner by piriform - free)
Appears to be more about your hardware than your software.
Good luck
Robert - have all issues been resolved or have you parhaps given up?
Was it a hardware fault?

Hello Robert,
Did you recently made some changes in the computer or you installed new programs?
If you restore windows to a previous point does then the program works?
If yes it depends probably on a program or setting changed on the computer.
Many thanks!
Autore
Nothing installed!
I have the same problem of Robert since I installed win10. I also like Robert I win10 64bit. and still it has not been resolved!
