I have Evolution 10, it ok on W7 but after installing W10 is not working.

I have Evolution 10, work ok on W7. I install W10. First day was open and I upload the page. Starting with second day is not working anymore. At the opening I receive a messege with an error that requires to close the program. I decide to buy Evolution12 because I tought that is a compatibility issue.
I install the program, I insert the page project on version 10, convertit on 12, but at 46% is stoping by an error.
In conlusion, I cannot open the project in any program Evolution10/12.
Attached you may see stap by step the situations.
What should I do?

Try to start the program as administrator and disable the antivirus.

I run as administrator and I disabled the antivirus and is the same situation on Evolution 10. Please find attached on first page the error (E10) and on the next the situation with the new version E12.

I try to solve this situation by installing again the program. It was asking me to install
.NET Framework 3.5(includes . NET 2.0 and 3.0)
I did this and the error in gone.
The program is opening but is working very slow. For example a simple save after introducing a text is 30-40 min. This kind of saving on the W7 was fast. I have the same computer. Is possible to do something? Is there an explication? Should I install Evolution12?

Hello Ana,
try start the program as Administrator and disable the programs in background. Open the project and click on the Save button before view the Preview.
