I would like to be able to add a telephone number field to the automatic registration form

This is actualy quite an urgent request. I really need to be able to inlude the telephone number in the automatic registarion form. Ande here is no p[oint in saying I can do it in an email form - I really do need it as a field in the automatic registration form.
