i have tried to update the PDF file and PPT /PPS file but every time i get the same message: It is not possible to connect to the Incomedia Server.
This could be a temporary problem we suggest you try again later.
I have been trying every day for more then a week

Hello Luca,
Try to uninstall them and then install them again. If this should not help try to run the program as administrator and then try the procedure above again.

I have tried again, and now is working, thanks
