Multiple Taxe for Items

Hi,
In Quebec (Canada) we need to have 2 taxes charged to shopping cart (and need to clearly identify tax number). I could not find anywhere a way to add a second tax? Is there anyway to accomplish this?

Yes saw, that and was referring to before they would upgrade to version 12, so did not know if the latest build was changed.
