I am having the same problem. Upload goes fine -- install is fine until the software opens up to the START window when a message flashes up saying Evolution 13 has stopped working. I have tried all of the above tips and solution with not luck -- have not found the beta install or the 13.0.1.16 newer install -- Where can I find the newer version to install and why doesn't the newer version install with the original download and upload when purchasing E 13?
See attachment for what I am looking at when it stops -- same as others with same problem. Can't even get out foot in the door.

Found the new or latest version and it did not fix the problem -- I loaded verion 13.0.1.16 and installed from scratch and it made no difference, same problem. Now I am waiting to see if I can get a Beta version -- someone said it would work. Looks like a lot of people are having this same problem -- I am using Window 10 and I see some using Window 8 are having same problem.

Is there anything in the Windows Event logs that may assist Incomedia?

I tried everything, and I mean everything. I followed all of the hints and tips and cmd command line as "authorized", and the software tool, etc. Nothing worked. But, I did get it fixed by doing a windows reset -- ouch. Yes, it hurt and now I am in the process of reinstalling other software the reset discarded, you know, like Windows Office. All of the documents were kept but the software and other apps were all lost so I am starting over with a clean pc -- time consuming but now Websitex5 Evolution 13 is working. Strange how version 11 and 12 worked just fine and 13 would not, that is until I did the Windows 10 "Reset". I do hope anyone else with this same problem will not have to do what I did. Thanks to everyone for trying to help, peace, Dan
