Clarification on Version 13 improvements

I run version 11 of your great program. However, I have a few wishes to the new version 13 (or suggestions to later versions):
1. First: What is the price of updating to version 13? Is it free or is there a price?
2. For a certain product on my web site I want to give a "sixpack-discount" if 6 are ordered - but not a discount in % - I want to give a discount in currency - f.inst. 2$ per unit if 6 units are ordered. That seems not possible in version 11 - but is it in version 13?
3. If a customer fills items in the basket, and do not send an order, the items will stay in the basket and re-emerge when he opens the web site again later. He will then risk to uintendetly include these old basket-items in his new order, because he is not aware that he should remove the "old" items from the basket before sending the order. I think the basked should be emptied when closing the web site. Has that been solved in version 13?
4. The "confirmation of having read the business terms and conditions" cannot in version 11 be made such that the costumer is forced to see it. He shall (in version 11) only confirm that he has read the business terms and he can proceed without actually having read them. That is today an "illegal" procedure (at least in Europe), and I hope that has been changed in version 13 ????

2. No it's still a percentage -> make an idea post for incomedia
3. No, this is set into a temp. file on the customers pc. also like 1, make an idea post for Incomedia.
4. yes in customer details you can set an option request acceptance of sales terms and conditions, wich gives you an option to a check box in wich you agree to the terms. But this is in V11 the same, there is no option to actually read the terms. -yet- also same as 2 and 3, create an Idea post.
