Members cannot log in

I have created a redesigned website, which is now up and running. There is a member's are that people have to sign in to, to view certain pages of the website. As admin I have no problem signing in but when members try to log in with their given username and password they get a request to log in (see attachment). This happens however many times they try to log in.
Any help much appreciated.

in step4 you can see the acces code and login from users, are they correct? Can you login with one of them?
Else make a new entry, try it yourself, then send it to your cutomer.

I've tried that already and it hasn't worked. I've tried opening private are with other member's username and password an none of them are being allowed access. When they put in their login details it takes them to the page showing the list of locked pages they can access but when they click on one of the links it just returns them to the login page.

Did you grant acces to the users for that page(s) ?
Goto the locked page in step2, click the locked page icon and set the users that you want to have acces.
Upload again and test.
